i brought in a vintage rosary and a broken metal ball chain necklace that i had previously been told was unfixable. ?the rosary was treated delicately and the clasp they added for me is perfect. ?and the metal necklace is completely fixed. ?amazing men’s watches! ?definitely would trust them with any of my jewelry.
This is a really cute store with great customer service! I came in looking to make a unique one of a kind necklace with a stone my greatgrandmother gave me. ?The woman was friendly and gave me really good design ideas.What I like the most was that eventhough I wasn’t shelling out thousands of dollars cz jewelry, she still treated me like I was ?a high paying customer ?:)I ended up with a piece that looked like it cost thousands of dollars, but I only paied a fraction of the cost

Terrible service. I took my watch in to get the band shortened. She first quoted me under $20 and I left my watch there overnight. She called to tell me it was going to be one extra day. When I went to finally pick it up, she said it was about $50 because she had a get a special link for it. I thought it was crazy she did not know about the special link when I dropped it off and that she did not tell me about the higher price when she called to tell me about the delay. Luckily I had a twenty in my purse which they took after argument and walked out of there furiously.
